Refund policy

As we aim to provide a transparent delivery experience for our customers.

▪️You may open the package and try on and check your item ( size , color , fit , …etc ) before the courier leaves .

▪️and if the order didn’t fit your needs just wrap it back and return it and pay delivery fees only .

▪️For partial deliveries ; you pay for what you get + the delivery fees . And wrap up the returned pieces .

⛔️ NO Exchange or Refund ⛔️after the courier departure , so take all the time you need to check your order , and if the courier refuses to open the package just contact us
